Verbos Matador does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All quiz progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device and are never sent to our servers or any third party.

Purchases

Verbos Matador is a paid app with a one-time purchase. It contains no in-app purchases and no advertising. Your purchase is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); Tuffyred LLC does not receive or store your payment information. Please refer to Apple’s or Google’s privacy policies for information on how they handle purchase data.

Children’s Privacy

Verbos Matador does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The App contains no advertising and no account registration.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Purchases

Verbos Matador is a one-time paid purchase and offers no in-app purchases. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Purchases are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and their refund policies apply.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Educational content (verb conjugations, translations) is provided for learning purposes and may contain inaccuracies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuffyred LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
